When I arrived at Transcontinental
Media, I partnered with Patwell Consulting Inc. to help us develop our
overall change strategy for the Media Sector. Together, and in conjunction
with my HR team, we developed a collaborative change process which built on
the current strengths and values of the organization. The principle of this
was to develop a self-sustaining approach as opposed to being dependent on
an external consultant. The model is now fully functional and has been
internalized within the HR team. Working with Beverley has been a pleasure
and I highly recommend her to others.
