About Us- Our Team

Patwell Consulting Inc. was founded in 1999 by Beverley Patwell. Over the years, the company has expanded to work in partnership with the following dedicated and committed associates and organizations. We work together in partnership with our clients to provide the best solutions to meet their needs.

Beverley Patwell M.A. is President of Patwell Consulting. She is an organizational development practitioner with over 20 years experience developing and implementing organizational development and change management solutions for private, public, government and not for profit organizations. She has a Masters Degree in Human Systems Intervention and accreditation as a Human Resources Practitioner (CHRA). She is co-author with Edith Whitfield Seashore of the book Triple Impact Coaching: Use-of-Self in the Coaching Process.

Beverley is also an associate coach with the Niagara Institute and member of National Training Laboratories (NTL). She is a guest lecturer at the McGill International Executive Institute, Desautels Faculty of Management. She teaches in several programs including the Advanced Leadership Program, Irish Institute of Directors Program and in the Coaching and Mentoring and Leading Change Programs. She has also taught at Concordia University and currently mentors students in the Masters of Human Systems Intervention program.

Beverley is a past board member and current advisory board member for La Passerelle, a not-for-profit organization that assists people over 40 years of age through career and life transition.

Beverley works internationally and lives in Montreal Quebec.
 

Edith Whitfield Seashore, M.A.

Edie Seashore is a social psychologist and organizational development specialist concerned with organizational change, team building, strategic planning and building multicultural organizations. Her specialties include change management, conflict resolution and leadership. She has had over 40 years of experiences in training and consulting with corporations and government agencies as well as non-profit organizations. She is also a Past President of the NTL Institute and currently is on the adjunct faculty of several universities in the United States and Canada. As well, Edie teaches Coaching and Mentoring in the McGill International Executive Institute. She is the founder of the Practitioner’s Program and co-author with Beverley of a Triple Impact Coaching: Use-of-Self in the Coaching Process.


Charles Seashore, Ph.D.

Charlie is currently on the Faculty and a Past-Chair of the Doctoral Program in Human and Organization Development of Fielding Graduate University. In addition, he and Edith are founding members of the faculty in the American University/NTL Institute Masters program in Organization Development in Washington, D.C. Charlie is President of the Lewin Institute for Social Change, Action and Research, centered in Bethel, Maine. He is an adjunct faculty member at Sonoma State and is faculty emeritus at the Washington School of Psychiatry.
