Passion for Leading Meaningful Change

I believe our Use-of-Self is an important, and possibly the most powerful instrument in our toolkit. It is a philosophy, mindset and a process that we need to attend to throughout our lives. In the midst of the storm or chaos of change, we still have a choice in what we think, how we feel and the actions we take to respond and be accountable.

My passion is to inspire, develop and help people to find ways as they go through the change process to be the best they can be so they can live, lead and manage change in ways that connects people in meaningful ways, builds on their strengths, and taps into their individual and collective contributions that can help us all thrive at home, at work, in our communities and on our planet.

Favourite Quote

When I’m stuck and don’t have the answers I ask myself, “Up until now…” or ”If you were to know the answer what would it be?” by Edith Whitfield Seashore. These two quotes always lead to new discoveries, possibilities or solutions that help me move forward.
