Dale’s background as a teacher, assessment coordinator, accreditation facilitator, academic auditor, and national capacity building gives him in-depth understanding of the entire education continuum, and what it takes to deliver quality higher education and skill development in today’s online world. His philosophy to education quality is informed by extensive clinical and management experience in the healthcare environment, where knowledge, skill, and collaborative team approach are requisite to consistent quality performance. He believes these values and characteristics should be inculcated into the education delivery process, as well as emulated by the institution in its practices
